Professional photography studio for rent
The studio is perfectly equipped for photo shoots, both for magazines and catalogs and for headshots and other small-image photo shoots. The studio is divided into several zones: the library zone, the antique zone, and the cyclorama. In each zone, you can create completely different moods for your photos.

The high ceiling makes it possible to place the light above the model, simulating daylight.
A smoke machine is available for use during your shoot.
The studio has an electrical breaker box and 11 separate 20-amp electrical lines. On the ceiling are four metal trusses with sockets for convenient placement of lights. The main light is operated by remote control. The light level, as well as the temperature, can be adjusted.
Next to the cyclorama is a convenient makeup area where you can simultaneously prepare two models. A room for changing clothes can be created next to the makeuparea by fencing it off with two V-flats.
The studio has a large selection of furniture that you can freely move around to make photo sets and compositions.
Loading and unloading of equipment is very convenient. You can park right in front of the freight elevator entrance. The building has two freight elevators. Their normal hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need an elevator at other times, you can order one for $150 per hour. Regular parking is in a parking garage in the next building over.
